                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 801 SOUTH
                   SCENIC HIGHWAY, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   SOUTH SCENIC HIGHWAY NORTHEAST OF SANDERS ROAD,
                   FROM TEMPORARY R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-1
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
        
                A tract of land located at 801 South Scenic
                Highway, being on the southeast line of South
                Scenic Highway northeast of Sanders Road.  Lot 8,
                Amended Plat of Benham and Fraziers Subdivision, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 11, page 43,
                ROHC; being the Paul and Wynette Holt annexation
                area as described in Chattanooga City Ordinance No.
                10263.  Tax Map No. 167A-H-4.
               
         from Temporary R-1 Residential Zone to R-1 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
